Super helpful and creative with solutions. Customer service was great the two men helped me a lot with a charger for my laptop. Very happy would highly recommend. Great price too!

So impressed with the staff at Jaycar erina. Especially Scott who makes sure customers have the right product for their needs. Cannot thank him enough for his assistance today in helping us resolve our business IT needs. He definately knows his stuff and is a major asset to the Jaycar team.

I went there for the 1st time ever to find something that office works didn't sell & they pointed me in Jaycars direction. As soon as I walked in a lovely helpful guy aknowledged me & helped me with my request. Later that week I decided to go back with another weird request, unfortuneately they couldn't help me with a purchase this time but all the staff there put their thinking caps on & sent me off on my merry way to find what I was looking for. Great team of staff that were very helpful & friendly & from now on I'll be starting my search for things I need at this great establishment!!!

UPDATE: Credits to Jaycar Erina whom improved their customer service vastly since my negative review below a few years ago! OLD REVIEW: Two staff at Jaycar Erina counter doing nothing but chatting about Elon Musk and stuff. Me - customer bringing in my SLA batt and politely asking if it can still be charged. The guy on the counter just shrugs “i dont know“ as if i should get lost for interrupting a very important conversation. I bought a charger but ended up driving all the way back to buy a new SLA battery because the one i brought in was dead. Better staff would have helped with a tester. I know because this was what staff from another Jaycar store did! Though this store is closest to me, ill go to another store who employs more customer-orientated staff!

Staff are always super helpful and can point you in the right direction. Store is tidy and easy to navigate. They have everything I've needed from installing a new sound system through to weird electronic issues.

As the old saying goes, "3rd time lucky" I first went to two of the "BIG names" to get help with the installation of the sound system I had just purchased (also bought it from one if these places too!) but unfortunately they were less than helpful, so much so, I ended up waiting for someone to come back to assist me for near on 45 minutes before I left. Went to Jaycar, pretty much the second my foot was in the door I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed assistance. He went above and beyond to help me and I couldn't recommend the business and staff more!! Thanks Jaycar Erina 👌👍 cheers, Elvis

This isn't so much a store review as my personal experience today. In saying that they have a lot of products and the store was very neat and tidy. I popped in this morning to have a look at some magnifying LED lights to help with painting models. A young man came over to help and he explained all the different products and recommended me a nice light (and was not just "the most expensive" etc.) and helped me compare a few models. Came home and I am extremely happy with what he recommended me and its exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely purchase from this store again and highly recommend it.

Easy parking straight outside. The staff member I engaged with was extremely knowledgeable and provided easily understood operating instructions. He was friendly and underlined a great client ethic.
